At Promos Velo Ritmo Magasin, we’re passionate about getting your cycling gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling equipment from Promos Velo Ritmo Magasin. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition – unused, with all tags and packaging intact
- Original proof of purchase (invoice) must be included
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Water bottles (Bidon)
- Brake cables (Câbles de freins)
- Toe clips (Cale-pieds)
- Derailleur pulleys (Galet de dérailleur)
- Rohloff maintenance products (Entretien Rohloff)
Return Process

I confirm that the item is in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and accessories.

- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents
- Include a copy of your invoice and the return reference number

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refund times vary by payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 24-48 hours after processing
Exchanges
To exchange an item for another product from our catalog:
- Follow the standard return process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a promo code equal to the value of your return
- Use this code to order your new item
For urgent exchanges: We recommend placing a new order and initiating a separate return of the original item. This allows you to receive your new item more quickly.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item (especially concerning our VTT transmissions, Surly frames, or other cycling equipment), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue.
